You may return your item(s) for a full refund within 15 days from the purchase date.
When is my refund processed?
Immediately after your item(s) arrives at our fulfilment center. Please note that it can take up to 15 days for your item(s) to arrive at our facilities.
How long does it take until I get my refund?
We want you to receive your money back as fast as possible. Once we have your item(s) back, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and approximately 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Do I have to pay to ship my item(s) back to “Unique Lingerie, Inc.”?
Absolutely not, if the item(s) are returned within 15 days from the purchase date, and returned from an address in the Continental U.S. The original shipping and handling, if any, will not be refunded.
Does “Unique Lingerie, Inc.” accept returns if the Item(s) was purchased on another website or store?
At this point we can only accept returns if the merchandise was directly purchased from “Unique Lingerie, Inc. store based in Ocala, FL” or from our online store “www.TheUniqueLingerie.com”
Can I return after 15 days?
Yes, We are so committed to ensuring your total satisfaction that if you want to return an item after 15 days, and your item is in unused conditions, we will issue you a coupon on the amount of the price of the original item so you can select a new item. You are responsible for shipping the item back to “Unique Lingerie, Inc.” We recommend using an insured, traceable shipping method.
Be aware that items returned to “Unique Lingerie, Inc.” cannot not be shipped back to you.
